FAQ
How long is going to take the repairing or the budget ?
In order to be as fast as possible we try to keep parts for a big amount of models and brands,but is imposible to have them all, for that reason if we need to order an aditional component to test probably we will be delayed a bit more.
Will I lose my contacts or any other info?
Sometimes to fix a software problem the internal memory has to be overwritten, if the phone has previous backup you want lose info, but if the phone has the problem before the backup is done and it has to be wiped we are not responsable of the data lost, because the issue was there before any chance to save anything.
Will you call me?
In case the repairing cost is less than 50€ we go ahead saving your time and any charge for budget.
Do I need to pay in advanced?
Only we the part is ordered exclusively for you and you keep the phone during the waiting time…it is necessary to leave a deposit of 50%. Leaving the phone with us it will be enough to order any spare part.
